GEAR HEAD RMA POLICY

1. To obtain an RMA, you will need a proof of purchase such as a copy
   of the original store receipt or a copy of your credit card
   statement with the purchase circled. 
2. NO REFUNDS are processed via this site.  ONLY REPAIRS or
   REPLACEMENTS.
3. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING to Gear Head until your request is approved
   AND you are provided with an RMA number AND the proper shipping
   address.
4. Unapproved shipments will be returned to you COD.
5. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges when
   sending item to Gear Head.
6. Customers outside the USA must also pay for return shipping.
7. If your RMA is approved, you will have 30 days to ship your
   item to Gear Head.  After 30 days, the RMA approval will expire.
   If the RMA approval expires, you will need to request a new RMA.
8. Your approved RMA will cover one (1) individual item only.
   If you have more than one item, you will need to request
   additional RMAs.
